Welcome to St. Norbert

Florissant, MissouriSt. Norbert Church

Archbishop Rozanski is lifting the Dispensation for Attending Mass on July 1, 2021.

We understand that these continue to be uncertain times for everyone, and we want all to feel safe returning to Mass. Please note that parishioners who are sick, homebound, immunocompromised and gravely concerned for their health retain the dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass, which has always been the case in normal times.

 Our new Parochial Administrator!

Praised be to Jesus,
I just want to take some time to introduce myself to you. My name is Fr. Peter Terwase Faimega. But you can call me Fr. Peter if you can't pronounce my last name very well. I am your new parochial administrator. I was born in Katsina-ala Benue State Nigeria. I came to the United States in 2011 to study at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary Shrewsbury Missouri. I graduated in 2015 and was ordained to the priesthood in 2017 for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. My first assignment was at All Saints in St. Peters, Missouri from 2017-2020. Then I was moved to St. Joseph, Imperial from 2020 until now. And also during my Deacon years I served at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, O' Fallon, Missouri from 2015-2016, and then at St. Joan of Arc from 2016-2017. I am so happy to be joining you here at St. Norbert. Looking forward to serving you and journeying with you to our eternal destination. Thank you all and many blessings.
Fr. Peter Faimega
